By Kyra Greene

Relocating Marvel’s Hit-Monkey Season 2 to New York City has provided creators Gordon and Speck with an opportunity to introduce several pivotal characters from Bryce’s past. Among these new faces are Bryce’s estranged daughter, Iris, voiced by Cristin Milioti, and his foul-mouthed former agent, Eunice, voiced by Leslie Jones.

“There are also great supporting roles, like the crime scene cleaner Buddy, played by Rob Corddry; a time-bending hustler portrayed by Jim Gaffigan; and the Devil, brought to life by legendary voice actor Keith David,” Speck mentions.

This season also takes Monkey on a profound journey of self-discovery as he struggles with his propensity for violent revenge.

“We delve deeper into Monkey’s past, pushing him to his breaking point and resolving many of the deeper issues introduced in Season 1,” Speck explains. “Additionally, there are a host of new villains and allies this season, but you’ll have to watch the show to meet them.”
