LG’s 3-in-1 Lifestyle Gadget: HD Projector, Mood Lighting, and Bluetooth Speaker in One
By DaMarko Webster
LG has announced a cutting-edge concept device, the LG PF600U, set to debut at the highly anticipated CES 2025. This multifunctional “lifestyle companion” seamlessly integrates a high-definition projector, a Bluetooth speaker, and home lighting features, offering a unique all-in-one solution for creating the perfect ambiance.
Drawing inspiration from a traditional floor lamp design, the PF600U boasts a minimalist aesthetic with a sleek circular device supported by a single leg. This innovative gadget is designed to elevate any space, whether by projecting cozy visuals, streaming movies, or enhancing the mood with customizable lighting and music.
The PF600U’s projector delivers Full HD resolution and 300 ANSI lumens of brightness, complemented by OTT streaming capabilities via LG webOS. Its Bluetooth-enabled speakers feature passive radiators, ensuring an immersive sound experience. The LED mood lighting offers nine colors and five brightness levels, paired with a 110-degree tilting head for flexible positioning.
In addition to the PF600U, LG introduced the CineBeam S, its smallest 4K Ultra Short Throw (UST) projector. While the CineBeam S lacks the multi-functionality of the PF600U, it delivers stunning visuals with 4K UHD resolution and 500 ANSI lumens of brightness. Its ultra-short throw design enables projection sizes ranging from 40 to 100 inches, requiring minimal distance from the wall.
Both devices are part of LG’s latest line of “lifestyle projectors,” aimed at enhancing entertainment and home environments. Attendees at CES 2025 in Las Vegas will get an exclusive first look at these innovative models, which remain concept designs for now. Stay tuned for updates on potential release dates and pricing.
