Designed and developed in close collaboration with Federer himself, the RF Collection marks a new chapter in Wilson’s storied partnership with the tennis legend. The global launch coincides with Federer’s birthday, underscoring the collection’s deep connection to his remarkable career.

The inception of the RF Collection dates back to 2022 when Federer began working with Wilson’s innovation team to develop a racket for his final tour. The goal was to enhance racket head speed and maintain Federer’s versatile playstyle against today’s heavy-hitting baseliners, all while preserving the familiar feel of a Wilson racket. Although Federer retired that year, his insights were instrumental in the creation of the RF 01, the first model in this premium performance line. This collaboration ensures that Federer remains an active force in tennis, as Wilson and Federer continue to push the boundaries of the sport.
