As lifelong whiskey aficionados, the four creatives wanted Sable to embody their journey and the many toasts they’ve raised together. What emerged is a bourbon that’s rich with notes of brown sugar and dense chocolate—a testament to their friendship and commitment to a craft as nuanced as acting. The name Sable, meaning “black,” reflects the depth, beauty, and strength of connection they aim to celebrate with each bottle.

Crafted with a mash bill of 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley, Sable delivers a bold 94-proof experience. This bourbon opens with enticing aromas of burnt sugar, pear compote, allspice, and marzipan, while the palate is met with lush notes of mocha and dark chocolate fudge. It finishes with a balanced oak-forward warmth and medium-spice, ideal for sipping on special occasions or sharing with friends.
