Sanaa Lathan Takes Lead Role and Executive Produces in Legendary Entertainment’s ‘Miss Cleo’ Drama Series, Spearheaded by Sharon Hall

Sanaa Lathan, recently recognized with an Emmy nomination for her role in Succession, is set to take on the iconic character of the renowned “psychic” Miss Cleo in an upcoming drama series.

The project, titled “Miss Cleo,” is being developed by Legendary Entertainment, with Lathan also serving as an executive producer. Joining forces in the production is Sharon Hall, former head of drama at Sony Pictures Television and executive producer of The Expanse, through her Mom de Guerre Productions.

Miss Cleo, originally known as Youree Dell Harris, gained fame as the spokesperson for a psychic pay-per-call-minute service called Psychic Readers Networks in a series of commercials spanning from 1997 to 2003. Her memorable tagline, “Call me now!” became synonymous with her charismatic and enigmatic presence in the television landscape.
