On Location, the official hospitality provider for the FIFA World Cup 2026™, has announced a groundbreaking collaboration with Major League Soccer (MLS) to promote and sell premier hospitality experiences for the historic event. This partnership marks a significant step towards delivering unparalleled fan experiences for the tournament, set to take place across Canada, Mexico, and the USA.
MLS has been named a Hospitality Sales Agent for Canada and the U.S., following On Location’s recent appointment by FIFA. This collaboration brings together a powerhouse of experience and expertise, with MLS having clubs in each of the 13 U.S. and Canadian host cities, and On Location’s extensive history of providing hospitality for major events, including the Super Bowl.
The synergy between MLS and On Location is poised to enhance the FIFA World Cup 2026™ experience. With the tournament expanding to 48 teams and 104 matches, it promises to be the most inclusive and expansive World Cup in history. The event will draw millions of soccer fans from around the globe, offering unique opportunities for both seasoned and new fans to immerse themselves in the excitement of the world’s most popular sport.
Ticket-inclusive packages, featuring access to suites, premium hospitality, and unique experiences, are set to be available later this year. These packages will offer fans exclusive access to the best viewing locations, top-tier food and beverage options, and exceptional service. Additionally, they will provide the first opportunity to purchase official FIFA World Cup 2026™ tickets, ensuring fans can secure their place at the matches.
Scott Jernigan, Chief Commercial Officer of On Location, expressed enthusiasm for the partnership, stating, “We’re thrilled to be working with Major League Soccer on our unique, best-in-class hospitality programs for the FIFA World Cup 2026™. With On Location’s expertise, MLS’ unmatched network in global soccer, and our combined strength in marketing, promotions, sales, and experiences, we are perfectly positioned to establish new standards in hospitality and deliver incredible packages to fans across the tournament.”
Gary Stevenson, Deputy Commissioner of MLS and President of Soccer United Marketing, echoed this sentiment, saying, “We are excited to combine our expertise and innovative spirit with On Location’s ability to exceed expectations for hospitality and unique experiences at major events. There has never been a World Cup hospitality program implemented at this scale, and we continue to showcase the unlimited possibilities for the sport and business of soccer in North America. We’re excited to work with On Location on promoting and selling an unprecedented hospitality program that will deliver unforgettable memories for fans at the World Cup.”
