LG Electronics Unveils 2024 Soundbar Lineup for Elevated Home Cinema Experience

LG Electronics has introduced its 2024 soundbar lineup, featuring models such as S95TR, SG10TY, and S70TY, designed to complement LG TVs and provide an elevated home cinema experience. The new soundbars aim to create a seamless synergy between audio and visual elements, enriching the home entertainment experience with immersive sound and enhanced convenience. The WOW Orchestra feature enables a unique collaboration between the soundbar and LG TV, creating an unparalleled audio experience with an expanded soundstage and improved depth. The soundbars support Dolby Atmos and DTS:X for a superior three-dimensional audio quality.

One of the highlights is the premium S95TR model, boasting a robust output of 810W and 15 channels for a high-end audio solution. The S95TR features five up-firing channels, including the industry’s first center up-firing speaker, delivering unparalleled three-dimensional sound with enhanced clarity. The SG10TY model, designed as a companion to LG’s premium OLED TVs, integrates seamlessly with an LG OLED TV for an immersive viewing experience. The S70TY model, ideal for LG QNED TVs, features the industry’s first center up-firing speaker and a simple, compact design.

All three models come equipped with WOWCAST Built-in, enabling wireless connectivity to LG TVs and providing superior sound quality, even when playing Dolby Atmos audio. The soundbars feature the WOW interface for intuitive settings management and sharing sound modes with the TV. LG plans to expand its AI-powered teaching capabilities to 40 universities by September 2024 and is conducting tests on integrating OIAI into existing digital learning platforms.

Additionally, LG has revealed plans to introduce new editions of speakers and earbuds in 2024. The XO2 model, part of the XBOOM 360 speaker series, offers authentic omnidirectional audio with a distinctive conical-cylindrical design. The T90S model of LG TONE Free earbuds features balanced sound, improved Dolby Head Tracking, and refined Adaptive ANC, supporting Plug & Wireless for a versatile on-the-go option.
