“We are thrilled to announce the opening of Havana 1957 and Cortadito Coffee House at Flamingo Las Vegas,” shares Eduardo Araoz, Co-Founder & Owner of Vida & Estilo Hospitality Group. “South Florida’s ‘Un Día en La Habana’ meets Las Vegas’ ‘A Cuban American Affair’ in this exciting new chapter. We can’t wait to bring the glamour, flavors, and vibrancy of 1950s Havana to the heart of the Las Vegas Strip.”
The Havana 1957 menu is a culinary journey through Cuban classics, featuring dishes like Ropa Vieja, Croquetas, and Cuban Sandwiches, alongside Miami-inspired favorites such as the signature Cuban Burger. Exclusive to the Las Vegas location, early risers can indulge in breakfast dishes with Cuban flair, including Cuban Style Steak and Eggs, Tres Leches French Toast, and the decadent 1957 Benedict.
The restaurant’s Mojito Bar offers an impressive cocktail menu with Cuban classics like Mojitos, Cuba Libre, and Daiquiris, as well as a curated selection of premium rums. Visitors can sip and socialize while enjoying views of the bustling restaurant entrance.
Havana 1957’s nightly entertainment is a celebration of Cuban culture through music and dance. The show starts with the soulful sounds of 1950s Cuba, inspired by the Buena Vista Social Club, transitions to Miami’s steamy rhythms with hits by Gloria Estefan, Miami Sound Machine, and Celia Cruz, and concludes with a glittering homage to modern-day Las Vegas.
Spanning 3,998 square feet with seating for 252 guests, Havana 1957’s design blends the rich history of Flamingo Las Vegas with the tropical glamour of 1950s Cuba.
