Infinity Castle DLC Adds Muzan and More to Hinokami Chronicles 2

SEGA has confirmed a major update for Demon Slayer – Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Hinokami Chronicles 2: Muzan Kibutsuji, the series’ ultimate villain, is now a free playable character. Available through the latest patch, Muzan can be selected in Versus Mode for both local and online play. The update is live across PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and Steam.

In addition, SEGA announced the Infinity Castle Character Pass, a paid DLC that will expand the roster with seven more fighters drawn from the Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle movie. The rollout begins this fall with Kaigaku, followed by Zenitsu Agatsuma (Infinity Castle version). Future updates will introduce Tanjiro Kamado, Giyu Tomioka, Shinobu Kocho, Doma, and Akaza. Players can purchase the full pass to secure all upcoming releases or opt for individual character packs.

With Muzan leading the update and the Infinity Castle DLC bringing fan-favorite characters to life, Hinokami Chronicles 2 continues to grow as a defining adaptation of one of anime’s biggest global franchises.
